I began Karate because – like most seven year olds I wanted to be like the Karate Kid

Martial Arte has given me the confidence to succeed in life.

I was very shy and afraid when I was younger.  I have learned how to stand in front of people and take charge.

Most importantly I have learned to try to always uphold the ideals of resect, discipline, honor and courage.

I don’t know what I would be without Martial Arts but what I do know is that I am better person than I ever could have been had I not taken karate, especially under Hanshi Stiegler
